Free returns!

We will cover the costs of returning ordered goods.

Please note that beauty items cannot be returned.

Please request a return label from us by email if you want to return goods to us. You will then immediately receive an email from us with the shipping label. Simply print it out, stick it on the package and drop it off at the next Fedex station.

Please ensure that fragile goods in particular are well packaged and returned to us in their original packaging to avoid transport damage. 

Please note that we can only accept returns and refunds for unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the purchase amount of the goods you have ordered and now want to cancel. We cannot refund the delivery costs. Refund will be executed promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances you will be charged any fees for this refund.
