What do I have to do if the goods I ordered arrive damaged?

At italiving, quality comes first and here we not only talk about the nature of our products, but also about our customer service. If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service at info@italiving.us and we will take care of your concern as fast as possible.

Can I change the delivery address of my order later?

No, every order that you have placed will be processed immediately and can no longer be changed. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately

How long does delivery take?

We usually need 8 to 10 working days from processing to shipping and delivery to your home.

Can I return a product?

ITALIVING stands for extraordinary quality. All of our decorative products have the ITALIVING 30-day money back guarantee. You can return the product within 30 days from the day of arrival as long as it is unused and in perfect delivery condition.

The product is sold out. What can I do?

In most cases, our collections sell out quickly because we only produce a small number of items. Most products are unique pieces. We offer a reservation option for our products. Please send us an email with the subject 'Reservation' to info@italiving.us
